The 23rd International Conference on Radionuclide Metrology and its Applications (ICRM 2023) or the local organizing committee of ICRM 2023 or the Horia Hulubei National Institute for Research Development in Physics and Nuclear Engineering (IFIN-HH) or the Radisson Blu Hotel cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident to private property or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or charges in air, rail, sea, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather or any other cause. All the COVID-19 restrictions in Romania were lifted in March 2022. During present time, COVID-19 cases still exist and the participants can wear protective masks in public places, if they want to. If requested, the conference organizer can offer assistance to the participants who need to have a negative Real Time PCR test for COVID-19 before leaving the territory of Romania.

Bucharest is, generally, a safe city, with low criminality rate. If you have valuable luxury goods with you (jewelry, watches, special smartphones etc.), it is safer to avoid exposing them in crowded public places where there are no police officers or protection agents around.

In Romania, the emergency telephone number is 112.

For any problems or questions you have regarding your stay in Bucharest, please contact the conference organizers, and they will do their best to help you.

We wish you a fruitful and pleasant stay in Bucharest!

Thank you for your participation to the ICRM 2023 Conference!
