The ICRM 2023 conference will be organized at Hotel Radisson Blu (5*), situated downtown Bucharest, Romania (see Radisson Blu Hotel Brochure ).
Together with the nearby Hotel Park Inn by Radisson (4*), these two hotels are the most convenient options for room booking offered to the conference participants.
The organizers recommend a list of hotels for room reservations (hotels situated at no more than 2 km from the conference location, with the exception of Hotel Marriott), see the list below, on this webpage.
Two rooms can be booked also at the Guesthouse of IFIN-HH (costs: 32 euro/night), in the city of Magurele, but far from the conference location (13 km). Please, contact the organizers if you are interested to book a room at the Guesthouse of IFIN-HH.
Of course, the participants are free to make room reservations at any hotel/hostel they prefer in Bucharest, or they can rent a room/apartment using internet portals like Booking.com, Agoda etc. In this case, we recommend them to choose an accommodation not far from the city center and the conference location and to be careful (to get detailed information about the lodging prior to making the reservation and to their arrival in Bucharest).
We strongly advise the participants to make their hotel room reservations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: before 28 February 2023 for all the hotels, because the number of rooms is limited, the preferential rates deadline for H. Radisson Blu and H. Park Inn is 28 February 2023 and the rates (the room booking cost) will be much higher in March.

  1. Hotel RADISSON BLU (5*), address: Street Calea Victoriei, no. 63-81, Bucharest 010065; a block of 25 rooms is available for the ICRM 2023 participants; the room reservation website https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/brand/radisson-blu with the booking instructions for preferential costs: on the room reservation website you will fill-in: the Destination: Bucharest, Romania and select Hotel Radisson Blu; the Check-in and Check-out Dates (period 25 March 2023 check in and 1 April 2023 check out or other dates within this interval); the Occupancy (1 room, 1 or 2 adults); and for the Selected Rates options you must chose PROMOTIONAL CODE and you type in the code: IFIN-HH.

Hotel PARK INN (4*), address: Street Luterana, no. 2-4, Bucharest 010162; a block of 40 rooms is available for the ICRM 2023 participants; the room reservation website https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/brand/radisson-blu with the booking instructions: on the room reservation website you will fill-in: the Destination: Bucharest, Romania and select Hotel Park Inn; the Check-in and Check-out Dates (period 25 March 2023 check in and 1 April 2023 check out or other dates within this interval); the Occupancy (1 room, 1 or 2 adults); and for the Selected Rates options you must chose PROMOTIONAL CODE and you type the code: IFIN-PI.
  3. Hotel NOVOTEL (4*), address: Street Calea Victoriei, no. 37B, Bucharest 010061, website: https://www.all.accor.com. No rooms reserved for ICRM 2023, but there are available rooms by current date (12 January 2023); the best way to book rooms here is by e-mail, writing to the address H5558@accor.com.
    Rates valid on 12 January 2023 (with breakfast included, but without the 2% city tax): Superior Room (standard room; you can cancel the reservation, for free, until 14:00 h the day of your arrival): 170.80 euro/night single and 182.80 euro/night double;
    Superior Room (standard room; you cannot cancel/modify the reservation): 129.81 euro/night single and 138.93 euro/night double (the city tax of 2% is not included); in this case, you have to transmit at the hotel your credit card number and expiry date for guarantee. You have free wireless internet in the rooms and public areas and free access to the hotel health center (fitness, indoor pool, hammam).
  4. Hotel EUROPA ROYALE (4*), address: Street Franceza, no. 60, Bucharest 030106; https://www.europaroyalebucharest.ro; a block of 10 rooms is reserved for ICRM 2023 during 26-31 March 2023 (5 Rooms Standard ATS/ATD Atrium-view single, 5 Rooms Standard Double/Twin Street-view double), but, depending on the number of future requests these rooms can be offered to other persons. The best way to book rooms here is by e-mail, writing to the addresses: sales.bucharest@EuropaRoyale.com, respectively reservation.bucharest@EuropaRoyale.com, and mentioning that you participate to the event ICRM 2023.
    Rates valid in January 2023 (with breakfast included, but without the 2% city tax): Room Standard ATS/ATD Atrium-view single is 93 euro/night, and the Room Standard Double/Twin Street-view is 103 euro/night as single and 113 euros/night as double.
  5. Hotel CAPITOL (4*), address: Street Calea Victoriei, no. 29, Bucharest 010061; https://www.hotelcapitol.ro; a block of 10 rooms double twin (2 separate beds) is reserved for the conference (26-31 March 2023). Until 28 February 2023, you can reserve these 10 rooms by e-mail, by writing to the address reservations@hotelcapitol.ro and mentioning the code ICRM 23.
    The rates are 79 euro/night, with breakfast and all taxes included.
  6. Hotel CISMIGIU (4*), address: Boulevard Regina Elisabeta, no. 38, Bucharest 050017; http://www.hotelcismigiu.ro; No rooms are reserved for ICRM 2023, but there are a few available rooms in January 2023 for the period of the ICRM 2023 conference. You can book rooms (the rooms are very large) by e-mail, writing to the address reservations@hotelcismigiu.ro or directly by phone call at +40314030500, but you can also use the portal booking.com to check the best rates and book a room.
    Rates valid early January 2023 for a room (with breakfast included, but without the 2% city tax): 120 euro/night single and 135 euro/night double.
  7. Hotel InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest (5*), address: Street Episcopiei, no. 1-3, Bucharest 010292; https://www.ihg.com/intercontinental/hotels/gb/en/bucharest/buhap/hoteldetail; This excellent hotel is practically just across the street from the conference location (this hotel was considered initially a potential location of the ICRM 2023 conference). The preferential room rates during the conference period are: 175 euro + VAT/room/night, with breakfast included (for single occupancy room). The supplement for double occupancy is 15 euro + taxes per night.   8. Hotel J.W. Marriott Bucharest Grand (5*), address: Street Calea 13 Septembrie, no. 90, Bucharest 050726; https://www.jwmarriottbucharest.com; This excellent hotel has rates of 850 RON/Single Deluxe room (for one person) and 930 RON/Double Deluxe room (for 2 persons) with breakfast included, but without VAT (9%) and city tax (2%) included. The hotel is a bit far (3.2 km) from the conference location, but public transport can be used to get close to H. Radisson Blu (bus 385 + Metro M2 to Piata Romana stop or 10 min. walk + buses 226 and 122). The hotel J.W. Marriott Bucharest Grand was considered initially a potential location of the ICRM 2023 conference). If necessary (at the participants' request), the ICRM 2023 conference organizers from IFIN-HH can send you an Invitation Letter in order to attend the conference.
